About the Event
2025 has been a difficult year with the elimination of the Investment Tax Credit (at the end of 2025) for residential solar and then for commerical solar in a couple of years, and the hostility by the current President towards renewable energy. But the campaign to transition from fossil fuels to solar, wind and geothermal energy will continue and will not be stopped. The cost of generating electricity through solar and wind is dramatically less than coal, natural gas or nuclear power, so homeowners and business will save money with renewables. We can also reduce climate risk by using solar and wind because unlike coal and natural gas, solar and wind energy do not pollute the environment with carbon dioxide. GLREA is working relentlessly to support this change. But we need your help and support!
