About the Event
Program Overview:
The first round of GLREA’s renewable energy ambassador training program will run from May through August 2026, with virtual meetings held on the first and third Monday of each month at 7pm. GLREA members and other interested community members are encouraged to participate, in order to expand their knowledge of renewable energy in Michigan and build skillsets to effectively advocate for it across the state. Each of the eight sessions will focus on a different aspect of the energy transition, so that upon completion of the program ambassadors will have a holistic understanding of how to advance it.
